Individual registration
Individual participants should use the online registration form.
Your registration will be confirmed in writing to your email address within two weeks of receipt of full payment. If confirmation is not received by that time, please contact the UICC Congress Secretariat

Group registration
The group registration system is suitable for groups of 5 or more delegates.
A code is required from the UICC secretariat. Please contact registration08@uicc.org to receive logon information.

Registration fees (Swiss Francs)
*UICC members: Each UICC member organization can nominate two delegates to take advantage of the preferential rate. All other delegates from member organizations must register at the non member rate.
The reduced UICC member rate is also applicable by justification to all members of the Association of UICC Fellows and to all nurses, patient advocates, medical and nursing students. Please note the justification must be sent by email to registration08@uicc.org or fax to +41 22 809 18 10 to be eligible for this rate.
Members of the UICC Global Cancer Control Community are not UICC Members. No VAT will be applied.

Full participant registration
The full participant registration fee includes:
- admission to the official Congress Scientific Sessions
- congress bag, badge and documentation, including Final Programme and Abstract CD-ROM
- access to the Exhibition and Poster sessions
- Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Closing Ceremony
- lunch boxes
- Free entrance to the Reel Lives Film Festival

Accompanying person registration
The accompanying person registration fee includes:
- Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Closing Ceremony
- A Geneva city tour
- Free entrance to the Reel Lives Film Festival

Payment
Registration fees must be paid in advance (except for on-site registration) and made out to UICC 2008 WCC. In order for us to be able to identify your payment, please do not forget to indicate the payment reference as well as your first and last name and full address on the payment. The registration fees are payable in Swiss Francs and reduced transactional and credit card charges will be applied.

Debit cards and all other credit cards: not accepted.
Payment by credit card only will be available on site for final settlements if needed. Bank charges are the responsibility of the person making the payment.
Payment for group registrations should be made by bank transfer (bank transfer are exceptionally accepted for individual registration if you experience a technical problem).

Name change
Individuals who have already registered may transfer their registration to another person. The new registrant has to provide written permission for the transfer from the original registrant and a handling fee of CHF 50 will be charged. Name changes can only be made online before 4 August 2008 or on-site.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be sent to the UICC Congress Secretariat in writing (by email, fax, or letter). For cancellations received before 1 July 2008, registration fees will be refunded less a standard charge of CHF 100 for administrative costs. After this date, no refunds will be made.

Badges
Badges must be worn at all time during the Congress, including the special events.

Media registration
Application for accreditation to the Congress is open to media professionals working for newspaper, news services, magazines, radio and television stations, and online publications engaged in disseminating news. No exceptions will be made.
Applicants for media accreditation must complete the online registration form and fax both the email of confirmation and supporting documents (credentials, business card, freelance materials) to fax:+41 22 809 1810 attn: Alfonso Gomez.
All media must register online before 1 June 2008. Media registration is free for accredited press and includes all privileges of a full participant. Media registration is limited to accredited journalists and only media badge holders will be admitted to the Media Room. Publishers and representatives of sales, advertising or marketing departments of publications or other news organizations may not register as media.
