Plenary - What's next after the UN High Level Meeting on non communicable diseases (NCDs)?

Before the World Cancer Congress in Kuala Lumpur, the cancer community waits in anticipation of the outcomes of the incredible opportunity the United Nations High-Level Meeting (UN HLM) on non communicable diseases (NCDs) offers in September 2018, which will allow us to demonstrate the importance of cancer as a health and development priority and illustrate the fantastic progress made thus far in terms of national cancer plans.

2018 World Cancer Leaders' Summit – Cancer Treatment for All

The 2018 Summit will take place on Monday 1 October at the Grand Hyatt of Kuala Lumpur, in conjunction with the 2018 World Cancer Congress.

Entitled ‘Cancer Treatment for All', the annual high-level policy forum will address the need for countries to further invest in early detection, treatment and care to contribute to the 25x25 NCD targets.
