IMPORTANT: To benefit from CAGI's accommodation support, you will first need to register to the Congress.
CAGI supports the accommodation of civil society representatives residing in low- and lower-middle-income countries, and government representatives from least developed countries (LDCs) attending the World Cancer Congress 2024. Please consult the Conditions of Allocation to know if you are eligible.
How to apply for support?
Applications for accommodation support are made online via the "Visiting Delegates App" accessible from a web browser. An Android App is available free of charge on Google Play. To request an accommodation support, delegates must first create a user account. They can then submit and track their accommodation support requests via their personal profile.

For operational reasons, we kindly ask you to submit an "individual request". Group requests will not be considered and automatically cancelled.
Stay and contribution
In line with our policies, our support is limited to 2 days before the start and 2 days after the end of the Summit. The maximum stay supported by CAGI is from the 15th of September to the 21th of September 2024. We invite you to book any additional night directly with the hotel of your choice.
After analysing the request, CAGI makes a reservation with one of its partner hotels and sends a booking confirmation to the delegate, containing all the necessary information for the smooth running of the stay. In return, you commit to contribute to the cost of your stay by paying to CAGI a daily contribution of 50 CHF / night.
Please note that CAGI is the only contact with the partner hotels and cannot take back a reservation made beforehand.
